Ingredients:
Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), zinc (zinc bisglycinate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), capsule filler (coconut flour), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose – HPMC E464).
Recommended daily dose:
1–3 capsules per day with food.
Active ingredients:
Each capsule contains 100 mg of magnesium, 3.3 mg of zinc, and 0.5 mg of vitamin B6.
Two capsules provide 200 mg of magnesium, 6.6 mg of zinc, and 1 mg of vitamin B6.
Three capsules provide 300 mg of magnesium, 9.9 mg of zinc, and 1.5 mg of vitamin B6.
Nutrient Reference Values (NRV):
One capsule provides 27% of the NRV for magnesium, 33% for zinc, and 36% for vitamin B6.
Three capsules provide 80% of the NRV for magnesium, 99% for zinc, and 107% for vitamin B6.
The % NRV corresponds to the minimum (1 capsule) and maximum (3 capsules) daily dose.
