At Gribzy.com, we partner with fulfillment companies to ship your orders. Most of our products are made-to-order and shipped from fulfillment centers across Europe.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU):

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Fulfillment & Shipping Time

Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (EU): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs, and demand (e.g. holidays or sales).

Please note that orders may ship in separate packages if they contain items from different facilities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. We aim to keep shipping costs transparent and as low as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

For lightweight packages up to 1 kg, shipping is just €5.99.
Medium-weight orders between 1 and 3 kg are shipped for €14.99.
Heavier parcels from 3 to 5 kg are delivered for €21.99.
Bulkier shipments between 5 and up are charged €29.99.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.

Issues or Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@gribzy.com and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
