At Gribzy, we want you to know exactly how your order gets to you. We offer a mix of product types — regular in-stock items held in Estonia, personalised products, and made-to-order items from partners across Europe and beyond — and shipping varies slightly based on the type of item you purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU), including but not limited to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Fulfillment & Delivery Times
1. In-Stock Products (Estonia):

Orders for regular stock items kept in Estonia are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery within the EU typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
2. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products:

Most personalised and made-to-order items are produced and shipped from fulfilment partners across Europe.

Fulfillment time: ~2–5 business days for production/preparation.

Shipping time (EU): ~3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Some items may take longer during peak periods (e.g., holidays or high demand).
Orders containing multiple product types may ship in separate packages from different facilities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. We aim to keep costs fair and transparent.
Shipping rates (By Courier) in the EU:

These examples reflect common weight-based pricing and may vary.
For deliveries within Estonia, we also offer shipping to parcel machines (PO boxes / pakiautomaat). The flat rate for this service is €2.99.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow a short time for tracking information to activate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to additional import duties, but customers ordering outside the EU (if available) may be responsible for local taxes, customs fees, or duties — we are not responsible for these charges.
