Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gribzy.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account & Security

If you create an account with us:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details.

  • You are liable for all activities under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

  • We accept major payment methods and use secure third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay).

Note: Prices and availability may change without notice.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Most products are made-to-order and produced by our fulfillment partners.

Some items, however, are in stock and stored in Estonia, allowing for faster delivery within Estonia.

  • Made-to-order items: Standard fulfillment times are 2–5 business days, plus shipping within the EU generally takes 3–7 business days.

  • Stock items in Estonia: Delivery within Estonia usually takes 1-3 business days in most cases.

  • We also deliver to package machines (Pakiautomaati) within Estonia for added convenience.

  • We currently ship only to EU countries.

Tracking details will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

Custom-Made Items:
Most products are made-to-order according to your specifications.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods. Therefore, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted.

Stock Items (including items stored in Estonia):

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email: support@gribzy.com) and return the item in its original condition.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds for stock items will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (custom-made or stock):

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

  • Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, but you are entitled to remedies if the item is defective or not as described.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Gribzy.com — including images, logos, text, designs, and product descriptions — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes;

  • Interfere with the operation of the website;

  • Upload harmful or offensive content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Gribzy and its partners aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or fulfillment partners.

9. Disclaimers

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Estonia.
