Returns Policy

At Gribzy.com, we want you to love what you order. Since most items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@gribzy.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

Because our items are mostly custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
