Returns Policy

At Gribzy, we want you to love what you order. We sell a mix of regular in-stock products kept in Estonia, personalised items, and made-to-order dropshipping products — and our returns policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@gribzy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

This applies to all product types — in-stock, personalised, and made-to-order.

2. Returns for Regular In-Stock Products (Estonia)

If your order consists of items that are held in stock in Estonia:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Personalised & Made-to-Order  Products

If ordered products are customised or personalised, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, colour, or design choice

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
