Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc (zinc gluconate), iodine (potassium iodide), vitamin D₃ (cholecalciferol), plant-derived yeast oil (lichen), vitamin B₁₂ (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B₂ (riboflavin), vitamin B₅ (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B₆ (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), capsule filler (rice bran), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose – HPMC E464).
Recommended daily dose:
1 capsule per day with food.

Calcium 100 mg (12.5% NRV), magnesium 30 mg (8% NRV), vitamin C 20 mg (25% NRV), vitamin E 6 mg α-TE (50% NRV), vitamin D₃ 10 µg (200% NRV), vitamin B₁₂ 10 µg (400% NRV), vitamin B₂ 0.7 mg (50% NRV), vitamin B₅ 2 mg (33% NRV), vitamin B₆ 1 mg (71% NRV), folic acid 100 µg (50% NRV), iodine 90 µg (60% NRV), zinc 5 mg (50% NRV).
NRV – Nutrient Reference Value for adults according to EU Regulation No 1169/2011.
