Ingredients:

bamboo shoot extract (Bambusa sp., shoots),
L-proline, sodium hyaluronate, zinc gluconate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C),
anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b),
capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464).
Recommended daily dose:
2 capsules per day with food.

Coll-Egan® amino acids total 400 mg, of which L-glycine 300 mg, L-hydroxyproline 150 mg and L-proline 100 mg.
Zinc 2.6 mg (26% of the nutrient reference value).
Vitamin C 50 mg (62% of the nutrient reference value).
